PRODUCTION

The entire production process is supervised and controlled by a process manager. Every single production step is cyclically controlled and continuously monitored to ensure constant quality.

QUALITY CONTROL

With each SMARTBett, all its parts are subjected to a subsequent quality control even before packaging and carefully inspected for defects. Damaged parts are sorted out and, if necessary, re-processed, processed as samples or completely recreated in a new process.

PRECISE MACHINING

Our qualified employees produce all the individual parts with precise machines. The parts are cut to the nearest millimetre to ensure that they fit exactly. The clamping of the individual parts during assembly is thus completely prevented.

MODERN TECHNOLOGY

For every step of the manufacturing process, for metal parts as well as wooden elements, we use the most modern equipment. These work and maintenance are carried out by experienced technicians. The whole process is completely mechanical and computer-controlled. However, mistakes. The errors can therefore be almost completely eliminated, or are already detected by the machines during the production process.

INSTRUCTIONS

Before the production process, a prototype is assembled in the factory in order to obtain optimal assembly instructions, so that even customers with little or no technical experience can assemble any piece of furniture without difficulty. It takes a few weeks to form a new assembly manual, as it is checked step by step by numerous engineers down to the smallest detail and every important safety note is understandable.

SECURELY WRAPPED

Each piece of furniture is wrapped in cardboard and protected inside the box with wooden protection corners and polystyrene, so that it finds a safe way to your home.
