The delivery time to our warehouse is 30 working days. If you buy a cabinet bed with assembly from us then add 7 working days.

You can order the bed via web store, by mail or phone call to us. When you place an order, we will send you the order confirmation with our terms of delivery and payment including. Deposit slip. As soon as we receive the payment we will confirm this. We will contact you for the date of delivery and possible installation.

Delivery is not only to the house / apartment, but to the desired room. We offer assembly throughout Switzerland.

The price of CHF 600.00 for the assembly is explained as follows: For the assembly 5 hours with 2 fitters are needed, i.e. a total of 10 working hours. The price of assembly also includes 8 screws for fixing the bed to a solid wall. Of course, we leave the workplace clean and tidy and, if desired, we also dispose of the packaging material. So after 5 hours you can already use the new smart bed and hopefully enjoy it to the fullest.

The adjustment of the front takes place on the mechanisms. If you want the front to be higher or lower, adjust this using the 3 screws on the “arms” of the mechanism. If the front is too far out or too deep in the cabinet, you can adjust it at the mechanism bracket on the cabinet.

Since the bed is set up in a lying position, it requires a higher ceiling when setting up due to the angle. A standing setup is a bit more difficult. Also, the locking screws are located on the top of the bed and you need space to screw them down.

The seller expressly advises against fixing the cabinet bed to gypsum or lightweight walls, otherwise it assumes no liability.

The preliminary clarification of this condition is the responsibility of the buyer. At the customer’s request, the Spacesaver Ltd. fitters will also attach the bed to a lightweight wall to the best of their ability. The buyer confirms with his signature on a separate form that he is aware of all the risks, due to the installation on a lightweight wall. In the event of any damage, he shall indemnify the seller legally and financially.

How do I complain about missing parts?

For missing parts, please email us with your order number and customer number. Please give us the name and quantity of the missing parts. The designations can be found on the assembly instructions.

For damaged parts, please send us an email with your order and customer number. Please list the damaged parts with designation according to the assembly instructions. Important: For a claim of damaged parts need pictures of them.

We can usually deliver small parts within a few days. However, there are parts that we do not always have in stock and have to reorder from our producers. Then it may take about 2-4 weeks. Of course we always try to find a solution as soon as possible to deliver the missing/damaged parts as soon as possible.
