THE FACTORY

MANUFACTURING

The entire manufacturing process is controlled and supervised by a process manager. Every single step of production is subject to cyclical control and constant monitoring to ensure consistent quality.

IMPROVEMENT TEAM

A team of engineers is constantly working on improving the SMARTBett and other furniture. This applies both to the product itself and to the production process. Innovative ideas lead to expansions and new products, but also to an improvement in working conditions for our employees in terms of ergonomics and health.

QUALITY CONTROL

With each SMARTBett, all parts are subjected to additional quality control before packaging and carefully inspected for defects. Damaged parts are sorted out and, if necessary, reworked, processed as samples or completely recreated in a new process.

Our qualified employees carry out the machining of all individual parts with precise machines. The parts are cut to the millimeter to ensure a perfect fit. This completely prevents the individual parts from jamming during assembly.

INSTRUCTIONS

Prior to manufacturing, a prototype is assembled in the factory to create optimal assembly instructions so that even customers with little or no technical experience can assemble any piece of furniture without obstacles. It takes several weeks to create a new building manual, as it is checked by several engineers so that every step is understood down to the last detail and every important safety note is understood.

SECURELY PACKAGED

Each piece of furniture is packed in cardboard and protected inside the box with wooden protective edges and polystyrene so that it finds its way safely to your home.
