Nous vous avons donn\u00e9 quelques conseils pour passer une bonne nuit de sommeil malgr\u00e9 la chaleur.<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><u>Gardez la chaleur \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur<\/u><u>n<\/u><\/h3>\n<p>Pendant la chaleur estivale, il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de fermer les fen\u00eatres pendant la journ\u00e9e et de baisser les volets pour que les rayons chauds du soleil et l\u2019air chauff\u00e9 ne p\u00e9n\u00e8trent pas.<\/p>\n<p>Dans la chambre \u00e0 coucher, il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de ne ventiler qu\u2019apr\u00e8s le coucher du soleil. C\u2019est \u00e0 ce moment-l\u00e0 que l\u2019air est le plus froid. Cependant, soyez prudent si vous dormez avec la fen\u00eatre ouverte, l\u2019air frais de la nuit peut \u00eatre r\u00e9v\u00e9lateur. Personne ne veut tomber malade volontairement.<\/p>\n<h3><u>Il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de dormir en pyjama<\/u><\/h3>\n<p>Vous pensez peut-\u00eatre qu\u2019en \u00e9t\u00e9, vous pouvez mieux dormir sans v\u00eatements de nuit et avoir moins chaud. Cependant, ce n\u2019est pas vrai, vous transpirez de toute fa\u00e7on. De plus, la sueur est absorb\u00e9e par les housses, qui doivent alors \u00eatre lav\u00e9es plus souvent. Un pyjama en coton de haute qualit\u00e9 ou en satin absorbe la sueur, qui s\u2019\u00e9vapore ensuite et rafra\u00eechit le corps.<\/p>\n<h3><u>\u00c9vitez les aliments lourds avant de vous coucher<\/u><\/h3>\n<p>Un barbecue un soir d\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9, qui peut y r\u00e9sister ? Si votre matelas appartient \u00e9galement \u00e0 cette cat\u00e9gorie, pensez \u00e0 le tourner sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9 droit.
